October 2006. DeA-CI (Italy) certifies the Quality Management System of Tbilisi Municipality Civil Participation and Integration City Service- Tbilisi Corps. The Certificate of Registration to the standard ISO 9001 was granted to the Mayor of Tbilisi, Gigi Ugulava, and the Head Deputy of Tbilisi Corps, Zurab Kikaleishvili, during an official ceremony by a representative of DeA-CI (Italy). Georgian and Ukrainian TV and press showed great interest in this event.
